PaulyGigography1998 ≫ Travis

London Astoria 157 Charing Cross Road, London WC2H 0EN

NME Brats, plus Ultrasound, The Hybrids and Unbelievable Truth 1. There's a good chance I was at this, I had staff passes for the whole week. There was a Pavement and [artist]Super Furry An 2

  1. Unbelievably Shit more like. I always used to say this just to wind a friend up, I've no idea what this band were actually like, though I think I did go and see them once.
  2. Looks like some content got cropped here.

I attended this one, more from this year in my gig history for 1998. I saw Travis at least 6 times; The Fall @ Mean Fiddler (1997), London Astoria (1998), Glastonbury ('00), Reading Festival (2001), London Astoria ('02), + Alexandra Palace (2003), though I still have some bragging tagging to do so this may go up. Part of all the gigs I was at from '87 to 2025. It's an obvious step from my Best Gigs Ever blog post. Yeah I know it's a bit geeky, let's let that go though, I'm enjoying reminiscing about this stuff.
