Why is this site so slow to build? When I do debugging all the logic seems really fast. I have worked out it must be the logic in the templates right at the end1. I'm going to move more logic into the bit before that. For example I'm doing a "I have seen Oasis at least six times23" boring brag bit that will go on pages like this one for a gig in Southampton, and I was putting it in the templates. But it's hard. Easier to build up a string and just inject the string, and actually faster.
Not now though, it's Monday morning, it's ten to nine, it's time to start work after two weeks off.
Light cloud and a moderate breeze, 16 - 22℃.
I saw Oasis probably six times; Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms (1994), Glastonbury ('94), Southampton Guildhall (1994), Glastonbury (1995), Earls Court ('95), and Reading Festival ('00), though I still have some bragging tagging to do so this may go up.
