Cabaret, with Nan Vernon, Wasp Factory, Kevin Eldon, George Egg, Raymond and Mr Timpkins Revue, The Really Band and compere Lee Hurst. We went to this every month for a while. What a bargain for £7 how did they do it? I think the earlier ones were only a fiver. Wasp Factory were managed by Eddie Izzard I think. Kevin Eldon and George Egg are proper comedy names I'd love to see again now, reading this a quarter of a century later.
