Another free show I think at the University. There were a little run of these and I went to a few, driving up with some friends from Portsmouth.

I was at this one, more from this year in my gigography for 1996. I have seen Ocean Colour Scene probably on three occasions; University of Surrey Students Union ('96), Essential Festival @ Stanmer Park ('96), + Pavement (or possibly Gene + Ocean Colour Scene) @ Shepherds Bush Empire (1999), though I still have some bragging tagging to do so this may go up. Part of every gig I was at from '87 to 2026. It's an obvious step from my Best Gigs Ever blog post. Yeah I know very geeky, let's let that go though, I'm having fun reminiscing about these things.
