I went to a little run of these gigs at the university, I think they might even have been free, though someone had to sign us in.
They played Portsmouth just before this1 and Top Of The Pops a few days after.
I was at this one, more from this year in Paul's gig history for 1996. I have seen Lush at least twice; University of Surrey Students Union ('96), and Phoenix Festival @ Avon Park Raceway ('96), though I still have some bragging tagging to do so this may go up. Part of every gig I went to from 1987 to 2024. An obvious step from my Best Gigs Ever weblog post. Yeah I know it's very nerdy, let's let that go though, I'm enjoying reminiscing about these things.
