I saw Placebo probably 7 times; Mean Fiddler ('96), London Astoria (1997), Brixton Academy (1997), Glastonbury (1997), V Festival @ Hylands Park (1997), Shepherds Bush Empire ('98), + V99 @ Hylands Park ('99), though I still have some bragging tagging to do so this may go up.
