Looks like this was on the same day as the Rock day of the Brits weekend at Wembley Arena.

I was at this one, more from this year in Paul's gig history for 1991. I saw Pop Will Eat Itself at least 4 times; Brixton Academy ('91), Portsmouth Guildhall (1992), Big Top Frenzy @ Portsmouth Guildhall ('93), and Essential Music Festival @ Stanmer Park (1995), though I still have some bragging tagging to do so this may go up. Part of every gig I went to from 1987 to 2024. It's a natural progression from my Best gigs of all time blog post. Yeah I know it's very geeky, let's let that go though, I'm enjoying remembering these things.
