PaulyGigography2015 ≫ Open Quarter

Quarterhouse 65-69 Tontine Street, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 1JR

Come and see what the Creative Quarter is all about, see what some of these mysterious creative operations are up to... all weekend, 19th - 21st, all throughout Tontine Street and the Creative Quarter...

The Creative Quarter will be opening its doors once again this summer and welcoming the public to take a look behind the scenes of this thriving hub of creativity.

The weekend will feature presentations from our creative businesses, a Creative Quarter market, Folkestone Artworks tours, performances at Quarterhouse and a day of live music. Our resident artists will be sharing their skills and opening up their studios and of course a great selection of restaurants and cafs will be available for lunches and dinner. We aim to make this our biggest Open Quarter ever and need you!

If you would like to get involved please contact info@creativefoundation.org.uk now!

💬 Going to see Jo Brand in Folkestone

I attended this one, more from this year in my gig history for 2015. Part of every gig I was at from '87 to 2024. It's an obvious step from my Best Gigs Ever weblog post. Yeah I know a bit nerdy, let's let that go though, I'm enjoying reminiscing about this stuff.

Fri Jun 19 2015

Other gigs at Quarterhouse I attended are Nick Helm (2024), Rob Newman at the Quarterhouse (2019), Jon Richardson ('16), Divine Comedy (2016), Jo Brand (2015), Reginald D Hunter (2015), Richard Herring ('11), + Richard Herring ('10).

On Tontine Street, can't miss it! Looks like a gert big cheese grater.
