I went to this one, more from this year in my gigography for 1999. I have seen Frank Skinner at least 2 times; Art @ Wyndhams Theatre (1999), + Leas Cliff Hall (2007), though I still have some bragging tagging to do so this may go up. Part of the list of every gig I remember going to from 1987 to 2026. A natural progression from my Best gigs of all time weblog post. Yeah I know it's a bit nerdy, let's let that go though, I'm enjoying reminiscing about this stuff.
