Blog2017 ≫ Great weekend in London: day two

Lots of things to say, so posting day two of our Great weekend in London separately. As ever I will start to fizzle out and have less to say about each place, but giving it a go. Got photos and clips of video too to assist the memories in the future, but it's nice to have some words to fill in those gaps.

Got moving quite quickly as we were up early. Breakfast was good, I got a couple of plates of hot food in (just beans, hash browns, tomatoes and mushrooms) plus some fruit and toast and coffee and juice. The others did better, Thing One had quite a lot of sausages. Thing Two did not fulfil his side of the deal and ate very little, but he was under the weather all weekend.

A bit of a drizzly start to the day, we walked across Camden to find a bus to Leicester Square. Heard from Mum and Dad that they were already in town, they'd got moving quicker than we had. We had a bus all to ourselves and rolled in to Picadilly Circus. Bumped into Mum and Dad in the street before we got to our target: The Lego store.
