Fom her mother's house at Colaba-Grange Lane, Netley Abbey, they boarded the Titanic at Southampton as 2nd class passengers.Their destination was San Francisco California, they bought ticket No 2003 for £26. They were going to visit her sister, Mrs Young who lived at 142 Ox Point Richmond California. Ada survived the sinking and was rescued by the Carpathia in lifeboat 14 . She returned t3 for £26.
