I was definitely at this gig 1, but I was definitely at that David Devant gig too, perhaps one of the dates is wrong, or maybe the times worked out... The Gorillaz show was a late night thing at young people's disco nightclub Fabric, in Farringdon I think.

Gorillaz played behind a screen, think this was their first live foray.

I went to this one, more from this year in my gigography for 2001. I saw Damon Albarn at least 8 times; Glastonbury ('94), Glastonbury ('98), Blur @ Goldsmiths College (1999), Reading Festival (1999), Blur @ The Brighton Centre (1999), Gorillaz @ Fabric ('01), Blur @ London Astoria ('03), + Neighbourhood (2003), though I still have some bragging tagging to do so this may go up. Part of every gig I went to from 1987 to 2026. A natural step from my Best Gigs Ever weblog post. Yeah I know it's very geeky, let's let that go though, I'm having fun reminiscing about these things.
