Superunknown warm up show at Shepherds Bush... pretty huge venue for a warm up show now I come to think of it. First gig at the reopened venue I think, so a special gig to relaunch the venue rather than just a warm up show for Soundgarden. Sure I won tickets from Radio One.
Plus Spoon Man, some sort of spoon based street artist.
Drove up in the beetle, and I remember taking the distributor cap off when I parked it, super advanced security measure. Where did I park it though? Near Shepherds Bush? No idea.
I did win tickets! Don't remember this gimmick of the venue not being announced in advance.
I attended this one, more from this year in Paul's gig history for 1994. Part of every gig I went to from 1987 to 2024. It's an obvious step from my Best Gigs Ever weblog post. Yeah I know very geeky, let's let that go though, I'm having fun reminiscing about this stuff.
