Slowest day on this table was Sun Jan 20, 2019, so this is from before my reliable Garmin times which start Jan 27, '19. Fastest day on this table was Saturday Jan 25, 2020, they tend to be at parkrun on a Saturday. That was my fastest ever day! Today was a treadmill day.
