Skipped the parkrun Saturday morning a) aforementioned big night out planned Friday night b) wanted to get on the road early and c) birthday treat I suppose! We had presents to distribute! Happy birthday to us! I got tickets to Rob Newman at the Quarterhouse and the giant insulated tankard I was after to take to Glastonbury next year. Also some lovely chili sauce from the boys. Clare's presents from me were obviously more disappointing, but mainly she wants a big day out shopping in Stratford.
We did not get away early in the end, maybe 10:30? I should have been strict with myself and done the parkrun and then had everyone ready after that.
