The bulk of Clarke's work is to be found in Ireland, but a few very significant pieces can be seen at the following places:-

Cambridgeshire: Ely Stained Glass Museum, Ely Cathedral; St Wilfred & St John Berchmans 1927 (made for Downahill Convent, Glasgow) (1 light)

Cheshire: St Mary's, Nantwich; Virgin & Child flanked by St Cecilia & St George 1920 (3 lights)

Dorset: St Mary's, Sturminster Newton; Virgin & Child flanked by St Elizabeth of Hungary & St Barbara 1921 (3 lights)

Durham: St Cuthbert's. Old Elvet; Sts Cuthbert, William Bede, Thomas Plumtree & Blessed Thomas Percy 1930-1 (2 lights)

(Hertfordshire: St Michael's, Waterford; St Cecilia Design only - it was freely executed from Clarke's drawings by Karl Parsons, whose work it otherwise entirely appears to be)

Lancashire: St Oswald & St Edmund, Ashton in Makerfield; 7 windows (each of one light) from 1930, Sts John, Clare, Ita, Juliana Falconieri, Paschal Baylon, Catherine of Siena, Tarcisius

London: Victoria & Albert Museum; Figure of Christ above small Crucifix (1 light - probably executed after Clarke's death from his original drawing)

Rutland; Private chapel, Exton Park; Blessed Oliver Plunkett & Thomas More 1926 (2 lights)

Sussex: Ashdown Park Hotel (formerly convent chapel of Our Lady) near East Grinstead; Immaculate Conception with St Anne 1925 (3 lights) The following 7 windows all of 2 lights from 1925;- Immaculate Conception & Visitation Mary's Presentation & Annunciation Visitation & Espousal Our Lady, Queen of Angels Holy Family & Presentation of Jesus Adoration of Magi & Descent of Holy Ghost Assumption & Coronation of Mary

Warwickshire: All Saints, Bedworth; Sts John, Peter, Paul & Luke 1929 (4 lights)

Scotland: Notre Dame College, Bearsden, Glasgow (moved from Downahill Convent, Glasgow); Coronation of Mary 1923 (3 lights) Mother of Sorrows 1926 (3 lights) Blessed Julie & Visitation 1927 (1 light)

Wales: All Saints, Penarth; Simeon with Infant Christ 1928 (1 light) St Michael giving Law to Moses & Annunciation 1930 (2 lights)

Windows executed after Clarke's death by Harry Clarke Studios of Dublin include the following

Cheshire: RC church, Knutsford,; Crucifixion (3 lights)

London St George's Cathedral, Southwark. East window, Crucifixion (9 lights) West window, Coronation of Mary (6 lights)
