Blog ≫ 2006 ≫ Original Harry Clarke artwork

I was just browsing ABE Books for Harry Clarke1, as I knew they had some signed first editions1 and things, albeit at high prices. So what's the most expensive thing on there I wondered? Only this original water colour of The Emperor's New Clothes2, thirty six grand to you squire!

Can we get a family discount do you think? Harry Clarke was Clare's great grand uncle remember.

They also have this Sleeping Beauty watercolour3, at only 33,000, and some very lovely books indeed4. So this is the place to look for that special book5! I'm off to buy more lottery tickets.
