Wife was at this one, I was not. The Lightning Seeds, The Charlatans, Sleeper, Shed 7 and Paul Weller.
Seen more of a lineup now, I think this was all the bands I saw this year!

An early version of what became V Festival I think. Melody Maker says it actually is V Festival, what is going on? Was it a Paul Weller show that got merged into V Festival? Or were they two different events? Pulp played the day before.
I wasn't at this one afaik, so if I keep tabs on things I was not at it helps figure out out I was at.
I have seen Charlatans at least on three occasions; Essential Music Festival @ Stanmer Park ('95), Glastonbury (1995), + London Astoria (2002), though I still have some bragging tagging to do so this may go up.
