South Parade Pier South Parade, Portsmouth, Hampshire
Some rubbish spoken word thing. He is frightening so we laughed at his jokes anyway. I didn't appreciate Black Flag until a decade or more after this, I might have been more in awe if I had.

💬 NIN headline rubbish "festival"
💬 I'm sure I've nicked this from somewhere...
💬 Anyone know of a Folkestone venue in the '80s called Peter Pipers?
💬 Was thinking about this gig last night
💬 Wow Terry Davey if you're out there please email me
💬 Is there some sort of event on today?
💬 Slightly more productive day
💬 Found more info on that Black Flag gig in 1984
I attended this one, more from this year in Paul's gig history for 1993. Part of all the gigs I was at from '87 to 2026. A natural step from my Best gigs of all time blog post. Yeah I know very nerdy, let's let that go though, I'm having fun reminiscing about these things.
Thu May 6 1993
Other gigs at South Parade Pier I have been to are Supergrass (1995), and Sheep On Drugs ('93).
Other gigs at South Parade Pier include Stone Roses (1989), and ELO (1972).
