🏃 09:01 Shepway Running 5.0K 1, 4'54/K - Fine conditions today, not actually cold, no wind, no rain. I felt cold before I left the house though so wore a hoodie and kept it on. It was a bit too warm for that. Good news, I seem to have recovered loads of those old run stats. Looks like the format of the log file changed when I change from Fitbit to Garmin or when I change from one garmin to another something like that. So I've added a lot of old missing runs from 2020 and can recover more. Good news for me and my nerdery anyway.
Some things missing from the graph since September 2023, working on getting them back just kind of hoping someone else will fix it and they'll come back.
These are my average kilometre running times during January since Iʼve been doing Runuary. This week only. Best time this week! I ran every day this week. Not showing the whole of January every day now. Fastest day on this table was Sat Jan 11, 2020, they tend to be at parkrun on a Saturday. Slowest day on this table was Thu Jan 12, 2023, but it was indoors. Today I ran outside.
