🏃 11:36 Shepway Running 5.5K, 5'20/K - Waitwd until the temperature was above freezing, but still very cold out. lovely and bright and sunny. Looks really nice out there, no wind, but cold. Did I say it's cold? Also nearly couldn't go because I couldn't find my headphones. I think I left them in the car and the car is not here so running without music or other distractions today. Still another day done.
