I mentioned here I'd ticked off three things. Maybe it was the treadmill after all. Well I've done another one now, replacing the filter on the coffee machine.
Flipping freezing here today. Not sure why it has felt so cold in the house, the temperature outside is now above freezing. The heating has kicked in in the daytime, which is unusual.
Went for my run outside before work, maybe that's it and I never really warmed up after that?

Estimated 2238 cups of coffee from my barista pro 1 probably comes to £0.96 a cup (including 3+ years of coffee beans and servicing 1 but not the 'leccy).
