The newish Italian restaurant at the Sandgate Hotel has been given its marching orders. We liked it, good location and all, but apparently the owner of the Sandgate Hotel wants someone to run the whole thing as a hotel or nothing. So they've kicked the restaurant out.
So much for having a nice place we could walk to then.
