Blog2024 ≫ Runuary day 18

Less than two weeks to go...

Took my other "wellness hour" today, so I had time to run at lunch, and then go to the shop and get lunch. Ran more or less the same route as the last couple of days, ran slightly further at the top bit so made it 6km overall.

Realised I have a bundle of runuary stats, I will put them in a table, see how this year compares to last year. It's my fifth year of doing it, and I've been getting slower. For now here's this month so far:

Date Pace
1/1/24 5'43/K
2/1/24 5'27/K
3/1/24 5'48/K
4/1/24 5'11/K
5/1/24 5'11/K
6/1/24 4'57/K
7/1/24 5'28/K
8/1/24 5'21/K
9/1/24 5'35/K
10/1/24 5'16/K
11/1/24 5'05/K
12/1/24 5'23/K
13/1/24 4'47/K
14/1/24 5'03/K
15/1/24 4'59/K
16/1/24 5'18/K
17/1/24 5'25/K
18/1/24 5'23/K

Had three hours of free energy today, so did washing and drying and sitting on my heated throw. That is all over now, and while it looks lovely outside, and it's actually nice if i stand in front of the windows, it's cold here. My fingers are a bit numb. I think it is still below zero.
