Blog2024 ≫ Runuary day 12

Running outside locally again, at lunch. I did the route to Sandgate, up Military Road (very much up, a proper hill), then back round past the barracks. Just over 5km.

Busy day apart from that, didn't find time to shower in the morning, started work too promptly. Didn't get properly dressed until the evening. I even worked pretty late, and did not go out. A different sort of Friday for me, mostly because of dryanuary.

Watched the second half of the Agatha Christie on TV. I had seen versions of it before, maybe read it. Didn't recall who it was until they'd just about announced it.

5k: Five km, just over three miles to you.

dryanuary: Not drinking for the month of January.
