Playing catch up with some running stats here. Runuary day ten was a lunchtime run to Hythe and back along Princes Parade, an old familiar route. Very cold. Still Dryanuary of course too. We don't need to mention Veganuary do we?
dryanuary: Not drinking for all of January.
runuary: Running at least 5k every day for the month of January.
