Blog2023 ≫ Holiday 2023 - Center Parcs day three

Got up early and went for a run on the third day. Found it hard going, but basically ran down to the lake and then round and round the lake until I'd done 5k. I was back from my run before anyone else was up.

Next up more swimming, as much swimming as possible every day. This day surely back to the lodge for lunch, and then out in the rain, much rain, to an escape room. We got there early but they would not let us in. The theme was science and we did well, we escaped. Then back out into the rain.

We thought about going bowling but instead booked it for the next day. We did sit in the bowling alley though because there was a bar and a free jukebox which we made great use of.

Dinner this evening at Bella Italia and it was also really good. Lots of vegan choice, and the vegan portions were generous. I had vegan spaghetti with meatballs and even more wine, and it was brought to the table by a robot waiter, awesome. There were real waiters too but the robot was great.

Vegan spaghetti and meatballs

5k: Five km, just over three miles in old money.
