Sunday we headed back again, the journey went smoothly. We were travelling over lunchtime so got a Gregg's again. This time I had a healthier option of a sort of onion bhajia salad. The only vaguely healthy the boys had was a smoothie to go with their baked goods.
Clare picked us up and dropped me off in Hythe, as it was nice for a walk still. And what do you know she dropped me right by the Potting Shed! I went in and before I'd reached the bar someone had bought me a drink already, what a lovely place. I saw a friend from the Inn Doors too who was as confused as me as to the unstable opening hours of the place. You may remember The Potting Shed was meant to be the first pub on my list, but it was closed then. Instead it comes in at number twenty-five.
After I walked home, then got a takeaway from Phoenix in Folkestone. This is a tradition of mine after a day of travelling, and it was delicious.
