Total reboot today, + I refitted the bottom of the portafilter. I thought I didn't need it but now wonder it it's making a difference. It adds another 33g. I am only about 80% ocnfident in my measurements today.
Back down to between 2:1 + 3:1 at least, and it made a tasty coffee. Clare has started making short espressos and adding more water at last on her Nespresso machine.
