2023-02-05 15 9 15 44 21 Reboot day. Adding the bottom back on the portafilter and going to flush system later.

Total reboot today, + I refitted the bottom of the portafilter. I thought I didn't need it but now wonder it it's making a difference. It adds another 33g. I am only about 80% ocnfident in my measurements today.

Back down to between 2:1 + 3:1 probably, and it made a tasty coffee. Clare has started making short espressos and adding more water at last on her Nespresso machine.
