Do you notice I'm not mentioning not drinking every single day? That's because I'm clearly not even bothered. Still, not drinking. I only mention it now as I have not done today's run so can't call it runuary day ten yet. I did 2km on the treadmill around breakfast and about about to finish it off now. Weather is absolutely stinking out so I do not fancy that much.
Still don't have my new shirt yet. I have built it up too much in my head now. It should arrive tomorrow, while I am in London. What if Clare answers the door to it, spots what it is, and hides it or disposes of it? She told me not to buy it.
Watched another episode of The Umbrella Academy yesterday. I like it, shame no-one else does so it's one of those I can only watch after they've all gone to bed. And these days I like to go to bed earlier than everyone else, as I am tired out from all this running, and I'm not drinking (did I mention I was not drinking).
Commuting tomorrow, my commuting buddy in the office wants to get the 7am train. We do not often travel in on the same day so I will fit in with him, though there's not a lot of point in going in early as I never get away early. I will go with the new regime again of parking at Three Hills Sports Centre. Will have to take my running gear in with me and hope it is not too bad in London to go out at lunch.
runuary: Running at least 5k every day for all of January.
