Blog2019 ≫ Lovely meal at Chameleon

It's not cheap at Chameleon Bar And Grill but we had another good dinner there last night. The others went for the same dishes again, though one extra tandoori chicken, but I branched out. We had samosa chat this time, which is a samosa but served with extra spicy chickpeas, some kind of sauce, and fruit and salad and things, very nice. Then I had the quinoa biriani which was not so exciting and the green vegetable porial. All very nice, everyone pleased with this dinner.

Watched The Capture when we got in, not entirely sure what is going on there. I think that is the point of it though. Hmm just remembered I found when reading old blog posts that I mention TV programmes by name and have no recollection of the show so I'll add some context for future me. It's a crime drama about a soldier who is acquitted of a crime because of dodgy video evidence but then immediately charged for another one by possibly concocted video evidence. I think there are a few characters in this who are not what they seem. When one of the characters got into a taxi in this week's episode Clare said "well he's coming back into it, he's much to big to be just a random cabbie". And she was right.

The school sock issue ("sockgate" you could call it) might have come to a conclusion. We got an email from the school today saying "remember, grey or white socks please no bright colours". It did only specifically mention for PE. Thing one will not be pleased.
