Hmm now I have fancified my automated run stats posts with the fun graph I need to write more to stop the page being overrun with those. How long until the novelty of it wears off and I get sick of the sight of those Super Mario pipes? Not long I suspect.
I'm going to start plotting my body fat on those graphs, as while I've been going back over a few years of data I see it has varied quite a lot. I'm about 13.5% now, in January when not drinking I went down to less than 10% but before I started running I was up more like 17%. All within a healthy range, but another intersting stat to plot anyway.
Counting down to an evening at the Inn Doors, though will most likely pace myself as I have a good feeling about tomorrow's parkrun. I did that little run in the week to test out Strava and I made really good time, and that's without the motivation of other people. Clare and the boys are having to come along too so will be watching me, will see what difference that makes. I need to keep track of all the factors, did I run with water? Did I run with phone? How hot was it? All this needs to go on the new graph!
Tomorrow's parkrun is their fifth anniversary too, though they are having a rainbow theme, and I have no bright colours to run it. I will try and find some bright socks and t-shirt. They're collecting for the food bank too, so I have a contribution for that at least.
After the run, no great plans. Clare is getting a train up to Stratford for a day of shopping, and the boys and I are going home. If it's dry we will go out on bikes, but I suspect it will be nasty.
Watched a REALLY bad Midsomer Murders yestrday. At the end of the John Nettles' series they went very bad.
