Blog2019 ≫ What food am I?

I've been going over old fitbit stats, I have a few years worth in fitbit's system and I've been extracting it all so I can plot these graphs. I just added fat to the graph, though it's a boring line, it does not change much. My body fat is about 13.5% at the moment. I think the highest I've found is 18% and my lowest (for the January month of not drinking) is about 10%. Trying to find food to compare myself to. A bag of crisps is 35% fat, a doughnut 25% and a pot noodle about 6% (so stop looking at me like that). I think sadly I am closes to a fishfinger or a cheeseburger. Surely a cheeseburger would be more fat than that? I need to find a better source.
