Up next morning for the park run at Whiteley, nice day for it. I knocked twenty seconds off my personal best1 so pleased with that. I got a slow start again too, so could easily have made up another twenty seconds there. Also accidentally turned my phone off part way round so not sure how that affected things.
Went for a coffee after and Clare met us for this too. She was planning to run but has hurt her knee.
Surprised to hear that the Elis James and John Robins show is coming to an end, I hope the rumour is correct that they're just leaving Radio X for BBC 6Music instead. They have been my constant companions on my running journey.
