Blog2017 ≫ 2000 scrappage scheme for pre-2009 cars

Hmm it says here, from Ford. Is that not a nonsense though? Is there not that sort of negotiability / trade in on a new car anyway? Ro says he talked the dealer down by 4k on his new car, surely they'd offer that as a trade in type thing anyway?

Our Peugeot is 2011, it is not quite ready to write off yet! But that is what I thought about our 2003 Ford Fiesta, and it was taken out of our hands, and we got only 600 in insurance for it... Cars are a scam.
