The home brew didn't seem to be fermenting, so I left it and left it. Air must have got in there, maybe I need a new brewing bucket. There was a layer of mould on the top. Might have added to the flavour I suppose...
Doing all sorts of jobs I've been putting off for a while. Even booked an eye test and now number two son and I are going for a haircut before we fetch Number one son from school.
