Breakfast: vitamin drink, toast with peanut butter and marmite, cup of tea Lunch: penne arrabiata from yesterday, apple, banana Tea: soya spaghetti bolognaise, garlic bread, salad Drinks and snacks: blackcurrant squash, two cups of coffee

No actual snacking this week yet, and no beer either. But it is only Tuesday.
