You're right, how rude, exeem contains spyware1... thought they say on their site "exeem contains no spyware", tech-recipes.com2 (among others) say
"The makers of eXeem (like Kazaa) have decided to make money on their program by bundling spyware with it. You can not install eXeem without installing the spyware.
The spyware it installs is cydoor and is easily removed by most spyware removal programs.
