A friend was just talking about buying a box of doughnuts on the way into the office, in the same breath as talking about fasting, which made me curious. So a quick search shows me a plain doughnut is about 200 calories, but who has a plain one? Sugar and jammy fillings and so on probably make it 350 calories and 15g of fat. A pint however is approx 200 calories, and no fat. So have a pint instead.
