Count Binface did not win the Clacton by-election. He did get 27% of the vote though. Farage barely won it really, though he got 63% of the vote. When you consider there were no main parties, no serious candidates standing against him (apart from Count Binface) that's pretty weak.
The good news is he has shown himself to be happy to waste everyone's time and money, and he's still going to face scrutiny over his finances.
I think I'm the real winner today, I put some old shorts on and found fifty pence in the pockets.
