A good haul today at Tesco. Some olive bread and some brown sourdough, all the salad I want for tonight's tea, including some falafal salad, a vegan steak slice and a teriyaki mushroom ready meal for a feast of a lunch tomorrow (though it is use by today), and some veges to supplement tonight's tea. About thirty quid of free stuff there I think. And I just spotted I get 20% discount on healthcare, so those hay fever tables which were already on offer are a super super bargain. I should stock up.
Need to go for a walk but it's still so hot. Will be nicer along the seafront.
