A hot slow parkrun today. Lovely time at the Three Mariners and then the Potting Shed last night, and then I dozed in front of the Argentina vs Cabo Verde football last night. Great effort, team formerly known as Cape Verde.
It was hot, very hot, and I was being a bit cautious but surprised I was quite as slow as this. I did have to STOP briefly, when I realised my watch battery had died, so I wasn't recording! Tried to start it up on the phone and it's joined it up with yesterday's walk home I think. So my own personal exercise stats are in a right mess, and I'm missing step count for today. I'm short at least three or four thousand right now. Will have to try and make that up walking to and from the pub later... Its OK though, we're all going, and we're getting food, so that's OK.

Don't a few jobs this morning, including starting cleaning the oven, sorting out the playroom, and clearing out loads of stuff for the charity shop. We took it to the one T1 is working at, and I even took a few bags of Lego as we just have soooo much of it. Not sure we've made as much space in the house as I would have hoped.
Lunch, then a bit more tidying up to do. Unlikely to have time to go out and do any gardening unfortunately.
