I was looking over some old blog posts, and I found this one from 2010 where I was looking over old blog posts! This is some sort of double recycling, brilliant!
Been looking back over some old blog posts, wishing I'd had more to say at the time so I would be able to daydream and reminisce with a bit more clarity. But today, writing this, I don't really have any more details to add, so I probably didn't at the time.
And I still don't have many more thoughts that will help me remember what I was feeling today. I have been busy again, very busy day. Lots to do and lots of meetings about the doing. I did do a couple of tasks entirely with AI today, kind of disappointed in myself there. But I have been asked to do it, I have to do it. Not sure if it went better or worse than if I'd just done the job myself. I suppose it's right that the AI is only going to get better, so pretty soon it will definitely be better than me at the job. I am still hoping that the cost and the energy taking to do the job makes it not efficient enough.
I did look into my share save scheme and it looks like I first mentioned it in October, so likely to be maturing in October. That is too late to be contributing to a holiday this year, but I will have some bonus money in eight weeks time that will pay for that. I just had a bit of a dream of surprising the family, when we have been saying all year that we have a smaller holiday this year to have a bigger one next year, and I got "ha, surprise big holiday this year too!". That's not going to happen now. Did I actually write about the share scheme earlier today anyway?
We watched TV tonight. Planned to watch Spiderman: No Way Home, but we couldn't find it, not even for pay. There was an extended version on Netflix but we thought not enough time to fit that in. So we gave Young Sherlock a go instead, the new series. It was terrible and quite good at the first time. Cheesy but enjoyable. Even the boys stomached it. Then a House after that, they like that, and now Brooklyn 99.
Two more busy days of work, then a long long weekend! School prize day Thursday, lazy fun Friday, London Saturday, and then still two more days off! A bit of on call to keep an eye on mind.
Partly cloudy and a moderate breeze, 4 - 13℃.
