I was looking forward to some free delights from Tesco today, the food you can get for free as a colleague in the last hour of trading. Today though, not much, not enough for a dinner. I got some bread, and I got some rosemary. Not really enough for a meal on its own, but I bought potatoes and burgers and am doing some garlic and rosemary roast potatoes in the Ninja. I could have also got beansprouts but that was about it. The system seems to have changed there, there is less free food available now. I'm sure it's not really meant for the fairly well off colleagues like me, but it is open to all staff, so I think it's OK.
