Went to London for the first time this year and it was a bit wet and miserable. I still ran in London though, the route I usually do; down across Blackfriars bridge, along Stamford Street, back over Waterloo bridge, and back along The Strand.
Apart from that didn't interact much with anyone else, wasn't worth me going into London today. I did get a lovely gift of some olive oil though.
Went back to the Premier Inn after work to look for a jumper that the wife left there on our recent stay. I wasn't just squirreling around looking for it, I had to ask them if they had found it. I got no satisfaction there, they couldn't get hold of anyone from housekeeping, so they suggest emailing in and then they'll apparently look.
Getting annoyed by these bad looking treadmill times in my old run stats. Can't figure out what is going on. The slow run from 2019 could have been a couch to 5k run I suppose, it looks like only 3.5k, and it was slow. Maybe it was run / walk / run / walk / run? The slow treadmill from 2020 though is just wrong I'm sure. I did not run for only thirty-four seconds. I thought the slow looking treadmill that showed up yesterdy was because it was this is from before my reliable Garmin times, which start at the end of January 2019. I will have to see if there's anything more in the raw data, if indeed there is any raw data for that date. Aha, there is, and I've just been missing it because it's in a different format! Here's some from that "slow" day:
"startTimeGMT": "2019-10-01T11:49:08.0",
"distance": 10971.15,
"duration": 3237.89,I'll get this fixed up, all this old data merge back in. This changes everything!
Been doing this investigation while I was watching Traitors on TV. I should have put the computer down before now, it keeps my brain whirring which keeps me awake when I work too late.
New washing machine being delivered tomorrow.
40Kph winds and heavy rain, 6 - 9℃.
