Haven't done Parkrun the last two weeks while Clare was away, so really no exercise for nearly three weeks. But got back on it today. Got a lift in with Clare so I was there an hour early. Took a stroll around town looking for coffee. Found none, nowhere interesting was open so I ended up in Costa.
Took the run easy because it was the first time back after a break.

Gigs from today in my history, Suede performing their first album at Brixton Acadamy today in 2011, Elastica today in 2000 (a free Radio X thing I think) and Salad today in 1995. That reminds me to get the Salad vinyl out that Clare bought me, if I can find an interval when the boys are not on Xbox.
Got some DIY to do today, might finally fit the motor to the bedroom blinds.
