Clare's been trying 111, it's not a great service. First call gave her the number of an out of hours dentist and booked a call back from a dental clinician. The out of hours dentist was not out of hours at all, it's closed, so back to 111. Second person on 111 can't give another dentist number and has booked a second call back to talk about the medication Clare's been given. But that might not happen for twenty-four hours, and in the meantime he's cancelled the first call back, making things so much worse. Really hoping the twenty-four hours thing is just super cautious and she'll get called back before.
