Look at that pathetic week of exercise. Maybe I had covid rather than a cold? I think it's just about gone again now though.
As I look at today's step count it's at only 7509, but we're going to walk to Sandgate and back. I have that light switch to return, and we'll get a coffee while we're there. The boys have been dropped off at Grandpa's for the day, and I've collected the groceries. We had to do a click-and-collect as we'd missed all the delivery slots because of the long weekend.
I'm still getting away with being on-call at work, did not get called overnight. I took my laptop with me to parkrun today so I wasn't too far from it at any point. Oh yeah, I did parkrun today! My illness has subsided enough. Results are not in yet, but I was under twenty-five minutes. I was fit enough to go faster but had a bit of a twingey knee and hip so slowed down. This as a result of not having done anything for two weeks. So that's 151 parkruns under my belt now.
Thought we were going out actually for lunch, but we're not, so will even make myself another coffee before we go. Just got the notification there are more coffee beans on the way.
Sunny and a gentle breeze, 6 - 12℃.
Estimated 1660 cups of coffee from my espresso machine 1 probably comes to £1.07 a cup (including the coffee and now servicing 1 but not the 'leccy).
