This cold is just about gone now so might start going out again soon. We're going to walk into Hythe for lunch as it's a bank holiday day off. However I'm still on-call, so I can't be too far away. Need to take my laptop and also I need to drive at least part of the way there so there car is there for me to get back if work call. I've done very well not to have been called so far, having been on-call since Monday. I put it down to all the hard work I've put into making the sytems more stable, and mostly the alerting more accurate. However there is always the chance I didn't set up the on-call system correctly.
Clare also has exercise disappointment, her pump class at Folkestone Sports Centre is coming to an end. One of the two class leaders left about six months ago and the other packed it in today. So there's no-one to run this class any more. Her options now are run the class herself, or join an actual gym.
Final piece of exercise news, there's a Folkestone 10k today, I can see them out the window running along the seafront. It looks hella windy out there though, I wouldn't really fancy this even if I was 100%. Be alright running one way but not the other.

Three hours of free energy yesterday1, and three more today, including leading up to making our dinner! Good timings. I must get to the shop, there are some super Tesco vegetable bargains. I was planning to treat myself to a takeaway today.
Oasis played Southampton Joiners exactly thirty years ago today. I did not go, but it does mean we'll be coming up to the anniversaries of when I did see them.
